September is nearly here and I'm excited for Climate Ride! Northern California is warm and sunny this time of year, but fresh. Perfect cycling weather. And I get to cycle with Tyler Dunham, a friend who I've spent too long communicating with only by phone and email. Tyler: looking forward to your arrival! And we're both looking forward to spending a week on the road alongside a whole bunch of people passionate about tackling the challenges of climate change.
I live in San Francisco and I regularly head North on my road bike, across the Golden Gate Bridge and into the Marin headlands. I'm looking forward to going further North (much further North!) and working my way back down to San Francisco. There's a map of our route on the Climate Ride website.
Fund-raising: I'm fortunate to have a large corporate sponsorship from my employer, Google. If you'd like to support Team Tall's ride, please visit Tyler's sponsorship page at http://climateride.donordrive.com/participant/tdunham

The Fundraising Ride, with an Error :(
Hello!
Just wanted to share an update: thanks to those of you who have donated thus far! Unfortunately, in my hand delivered letters (check out my first fundraising ride here), I made an unfortunate error in the url of the donation page. The correct link should be http://climateride.donordrive.com/participant/tdunham, not www.climateride.donordrive.com/participant/tdunham.
Thanks,
-Tyler

Tyler's first Fundraising Ride
Good morning friends!
Tyler here from his trusty laptop, outside on this fine morning in Lincolnville, ME.
I'm about to set off for a 40 mile ride around the greater Camden Hills region to hand out some fundraising letters - by bike. If you're viewing this page, you might have already received one!
I'll post pictures and a route map when I return, but for now you can bookmark this page as it will be come a staple in Donal and I's adventures of the next two months leading up to, on, and after the ride in California.
Thank you,
Tyler.
